February 17, 2025 – Beijing authorities have announced a streamlined visa application process for eligible business travelers, allowing them to obtain visas with an official invitation letter from qualified Chinese enterprises registered in the capital.
According to the city's foreign affairs office, the new policy grants frequent business visitors a five-year multiple-entry visa, permitting stays of up to 180 days per trip. The initiative aims to boost international trade and commercial engagement in Beijing.
The visa program may also extend benefits to spouses and children of eligible travelers, further facilitating long-term business ties with the Chinese capital.
