April 21, 2025 — British Columbia has issued a new round of Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to entrepreneurs through its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), marking the province’s third Base Stream draw of the year aimed at business immigration candidates.
The April 15 draw under the Entrepreneur Immigration – Base Stream issued a total of five invitations. The cut-off score for this draw was 115, indicating the minimum number of points needed for consideration.

Eligibility Requirements for the Entrepreneur Base Stream
To qualify under the BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration – Base Stream, foreign nationals must propose either a new business or the purchase of an existing business in British Columbia that will positively contribute to the province’s economy.
