Canada has resumed issuing permanent residency invitations to healthcare professionals through its Express Entry system.
On May 2, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 500 candidates from the Healthcare and Social Services category. This is the first targeted draw of 2025 specifically for healthcare occupations.
