Canadian Authority Declares Continuous Immigration Support To Hong Kong Residents.

On 12/07/2023, the Canadian Government set forth the continuation of migration support to Hong Kong residents in Canada. IRCC has created two ways in 2021 for PR of Hong Kong residents who worked or lived in Canada.

One pathway is for the residents who graduated from a learning center in Canada within the time period of 3years. Another pathway is for former residents who have graduated from a secondary learning center in Canada or abroad having at least 1 year of work experience.

However, IRCC will hold this declaration till 15th August 2023 for the Second pathway as candidates have had at least a year of working experience in Canada and are allowed to apply for PR in Canada.
