March 21, 2025 – Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted its second Express Entry draw of the week, issuing 7,500 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under the French language proficiency category.
To qualify, candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 379 and must have created their Express Entry profile before 2:53 AM UTC on March 6, 2025. This marks the lowest CRS cut-off in over a year, with the last comparable draw held on February 29, 2024.
