Manitoba Issues 276 Invitations in Latest Provincial Nominee Program Draw

Manitoba has issued 276 Letters of Advice to Apply (LOAs) through its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) during the province's 235th draw, which took place on December 27, 2024.

Key Highlights:

Skilled Workers in Manitoba Stream:

  • 239 LOAs were granted to eligible candidates.
  • The lowest-ranked candidate invited had a score of 857.

Occupation-Specific Selection:

18 LOAs were issued for candidates in high-demand occupations.

  • The National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 unit groups included:
  • 31101 – Specialists in surgery
  • 31102 – General practitioners and family physicians
  • 31301 – Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
  • 31302 – Nurse practitioners
  • 73301 – Bus drivers, subway operators, and other transit operators

Restaurant and Food Service Managers:

  • 19 LOAs were issued to candidates in NOC group 60030.
  • The cut-off score for this category was 632.
