British Columbia and Manitoba have both issued invitations to apply (ITAs) to immigration candidates through their respective Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP).
BC PNP has invited 77 candidates through the Skilled Worker, and International Graduate (including the Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) option)) streams of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).
Minimum scores varied for each draw, with the following cut-offs:
Manitoba has invited 371 candidates through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). Of the 371 candidates who were invited, 66 declared a valid Express Entry profile and job seeker validation code.
18 ITAs were issued to candidates who had experience in professions corresponding to National Occupation Classification (NOC) codes:
In the second draw, 242 candidates were invited under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream (Manitoba Work Experience and Employer Direct Recruitment pathways), requiring a minimum ranking score of 836.
In the third draw, 76 eligible candidates were invited under the International Education Stream, which targets graduates from Manitoba schools and includes the Career Employment, Graduate Internship, and International Student Entrepreneur pathways.
The last draw occurred under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream (Manitoba Express Entry pathway, and the Human Capital pathway), inviting 35 candidates with a minimum ranking score of 698.
