The Australian Government Has Announced The 2024-25 Migration Nomination Place Allocation For Australian States And Territories!

The Australian Government announced that the planning levels for Permanent Migration Program will be set at 185,000 places. The program is divided into three main streams:

• Skill stream (132,200 places, about 71% of the program): Designed to enhance the economy and address skill shortages, particularly in regional areas.
• Family stream (52,500 places, about 28% of the program): Primarily includes Partner visas, allowing Australians to reunite with family members from abroad. This stream includes an estimated 40,500 Partner visas and 3,000 Child visas for 2024–25.
• Special Eligibility stream (300 places): Covers visas for individuals in special circumstances, such as returning permanent residents.
