Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the first Express Entry draw in December, inviting 800 candidates in a category-based selection that targets French-language proficiency.
Candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 466 to receive an invitation to apply (ITA). This draw continues Canada’s efforts to attract bilingual and francophone immigrants.
