Processing times for skills assessments in professional and non-trade occupations have been reduced. The standard assessment period is now expected to take eight to 10 weeks, down from the previous 10 to 15 weeks.
Each assessment is unique, and additional time may be required if all necessary documents and information are not provided.
For trade occupations, assessment times vary depending on the program and the completeness of the submitted documentation.
