South Australia Opens Skilled Migration Program for 2024-2025

Darwin, 12 August 2024 - Migration NT has announced key updates to the General Skilled Migration (GSM) nomination applications for the 2024-25 program year. The department is actively continuing to receive and assess onshore applications for nomination.
Offshore applicants should note that applications will reopen on Wednesday, 14 August 2024. However, this reopening will be limited to the NT Family Stream and Job Offer Stream only. The Priority Occupations Stream remains suspended due to the significant volume of applications already received.
Existing offshore applications under the Priority Occupations Stream will still be assessed, but applicants should be prepared for significant delays in processing. Migration NT advises that applicants remain patient as they work through the backlog of applications.
