British Columbia, Alberta, and Quebec issue provincial nominations to invite skilled workers for Permanent Residency in the latest PNP results

British Columbia

On 28th May, British Columbia released two draws through its British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).

In the first draw, 35 ITAs were issued in a general draw under the 5 streams given below:

  1. Skilled Worker- 131 minimum score
  2. Skilled Worker-Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) option- 131 minimum score
  3. International Graduate- 131 minimum score
  4. International Graduate- EEBC option- 131 minimum score
  5. Entry Level and Semi-Skilled- 110 minimum score

Additionally, in the second draw, British Columbia has issued ITAs for the following occupational categories:

Occupations Invitation to Apply Minimum Score
1. Childcare 11 93
2. Construction 11 93
3. Healthcare 9 100
4. Veterinary Care Less Than 5 80
Quebec

On 25th April 2024, Quebec released the result of the draw and invited 1415 candidates to apply for Permanent Residency.

To receive the invitation candidates were required to meet the below criteria:

  • A score equal to or above 598 points
  • A level of oral proficiency in French that was scored as level 7 or higher
  • Have a valid job offer outside the Montreal Metropolitan Community
Alberta

This week, Alberta released the results of the Provincial draw which was conducted on 1st May 2024 and has invited 40 Notification Of Interest (NOI) letters to 'dedicated healthcare pathways with Alberta job offer' category, with a minimum CRS score of 305.
