British Columbia will introduce three new Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) streams for international graduates in January 2025. These streams will be available to recent graduates with Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degrees from eligible institutions in Canada.

The provincial government in B.C. has provided the following details about the new streams its PNP will introduce in 2025. All new streams will necessitate at least a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 8. Graduates holding diplomas and certificates will not be eligible for these new streams but might be for other BCPNP pathways.
For recent graduates with Bachelor's degrees from eligible post-secondary institutions: eligible graduates must have a full-time, indeterminate job offer (without a declared end date).
For recent graduates with Master's degrees (in any field of study) from eligible post-secondary institutions: graduates must have a full-time job offer lasting at least one year in a skilled occupation.
For graduates and candidates of doctoral-level programs from eligible post-secondary institutions.
These new streams aim to help international graduates gain Canadian permanent residence and improve their job prospects in British Columbia.
